By accessing or using the Naturalcartilage website (the "Site") or by registering for or participating in any of our outdoor wellness programs (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naturalcartilage, a business operating in Auckland, New Zealand. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site or Services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Program Booking and Participation Terms
3.1 Bookings
All program bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon our written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of payment. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
3.2 Payments
Program fees are as listed on our website or as confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.3 Cancellations by Participants
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
3.4 Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to severe weather conditions, facilitator illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
3.5 Changes to Programs
We reserve the right to modify the content, location, or duration of programs at any time for safety, operational, or environmental reasons. We will communicate any significant changes to registered participants in advance where practicable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, and software, is the property of Naturalcartilage or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
The Naturalcartilage name, brand identity, and program materials may not be used without express written permission from us.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Naturalcartilage and its facilitators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs.
While we take all reasonable precautions for the safety of participants in our outdoor programs, participation in outdoor physical activities carries inherent risks. By registering for a program, you acknowledge awareness of those risks and accept responsibility for your own physical condition and fitness to participate.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience and information. These links do not constitute an endorsement of those websites or their content. We have no control over the content of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for the material contained on them.
Your use of any third-party website is governed by the terms and privacy policy of that website. We recommend reviewing the terms of any third-party site you visit.
7. Participant Conduct During Programs
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, facilitators, and the natural environment throughout our programs. Conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or offensive will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without refund.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of facilitators at all times during sessions. Disregarding safety instructions may result in exclusion from the session.
8. Health and Safety Obligations
By booking and attending a program, you confirm that you are in a physical condition suitable for the activity described and that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, physical limitations, or allergies to us prior to participation. We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from information withheld by a participant.
We provide first-aid trained facilitators at all sessions, but we are not a health services provider. Our programs are general wellness activities and are not substitutes for professional health or wellbeing support.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice via email to registered users.
